Routing Logic
- Nominators → Zoho (lightweight email, ad audiences, reminders)
- Nominees → Airtable → ActiveCampaign (CRM, journeys)
- Airtable → operational visibility, dedupe, finalist filtering, QA
Contact Creation Rules
- First nomination → creates AC contact
- Additional nominations → increment nomination count only
- Never create duplicate AC contacts

Dedupe in Airtable first, then create / update AC contact.
Contact creation rule
First nomination creates an AC contact. Additional nominations only increment the nomination count — never create duplicates.
